Who this covers
This notice applies to Tzur Ore Fields and to information collected through this website. It is written with reference to Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us through this website, by email or by phone, we hold what you send — typically your name, your organisation, your contact details and the details of your enquiry. We do not ask for more than we need to answer it.
Why we hold it
Enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of what was agreed.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in the course of delivering the site securely. Where an enquiry form is used, the submission passes through the form provider that operates it. These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so. Otherwise we do not share enquiry details outside the business.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. Fonts, images and the coverage map are served from the site itself, there are no third-party embeds, and nothing here tracks you between visits — so there is no consent banner to click through.
If we later add anything that does set cookies, we will say so here and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it remains commercially relevant — an enquiry that becomes a contract is retained with the contract records. Enquiries that do not proceed are not kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it. You can also object to how we are using it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
