What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not terms of supply. Work carried out by Tzur Ore Fields is governed by the contract, purchase order or written agreement for that work, and nothing on this site varies it.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

The information on this site

The site describes the services we offer and the areas in which we work. It is written to be accurate, but it is general information rather than advice for a specific operation.

Nothing on this site is an offer. Service descriptions, capabilities, coverage and any figures shown do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and do not form part of any contract. Availability, lead times and pricing depend on the requirement and are confirmed in writing.

Technical content — including anything describing ventilation, rehabilitation or regulatory obligations — is provided for general understanding. It is not engineering advice, and it does not replace your own competent person, your statutory duties, or the requirements of the Minerals Commission or the Environmental Protection Agency.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. A quotation we issue is an invitation to proceed, valid for the period stated on it, and becomes binding only when both parties have agreed it in writing.

Intellectual property

The Tzur Ore Fields name, logo, site design, text and images are owned by or licensed to Tzur Ore Fields. You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating or working with us. You may not republish them as your own, use them commercially, or use our name or logo without written permission.

Map boundary data is used under the terms of its own licence, credited where it appears.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Where we link elsewhere, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Governing law
